DETOX YOUR BODY-7 Tips
- Eating four servings of vegetables per day 1 serving is a half cup of vegetables
- Drink 2 liters of water a day
- Eat five small meals a day
- AVOID:
- Caffeine
- Refined Foods
- Wheat products
- DAiry
- Sugar
- Saturated fat
- Red meat
-EAT LIVER FRIENDLY FoodS:
- Carrots, pumpkin, capsicum, beetroot: Has carotenoids which are healing anti-oxidants for the liver
- Alfalfa, barley leaf, wheat grass, dark green leafy vegetables. This has chlorophyll which is a liver cleanser and tonic. Please consult a doctor if taking warfarin
- RAW JUICING: Make raw juices at least 4 times a week. Use cabbage, oranges, limes, apples, beetroot, red onion, ginger. Raw Foods make the body more alkaline
